SERVICES / ONE CONNECTED SYSTEM
Eight services.
One person accountable.
Strategy, websites, CRM, automation, AI, content, analytics and ongoing support. Hire one or connect several. Either way, the same person plans it, builds it and answers for it.

FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
What needs to
change first?
Two choices. You get the services I’d combine, and they attach to your brief automatically.
Generate enquiries.
Line up the message, the traffic and the follow-up behind one action, so interest actually turns into conversations.
Scope and fee are built around your business, agreed before work starts.
THE EIGHT SERVICES
Choose where it hurts.
See what changes.
One connected system, eight parts. Each one shows the problem it solves, what it includes, and a before-and-after you can drag. Add what you need to your brief as you go.
Turn attention into enquiries.
The problem: People visit, but the journey to an enquiry is unclear.
Distinctive websites and landing pages built around how your customer discovers, understands and contacts your business.
- Website builds, redesigns and campaign landing pages
- UI/UX, responsive layouts and copy direction
- E-commerce and digital-product experiences
- Forms, booking journeys and conversion tracking
- Visitors cannot tell what to do next
- The offer is buried three clicks deep
- Enquiries land in an inbox nobody checks
- One clear next step on every screen
- Offer, proof and action above the fold
- Every enquiry tracked and routed
The enquiry moves straight into the CRM, with the right context attached.
CONNECTED MARKETING, IN PRACTICE
Every touchpoint.
One clear direction.
Explore how strategy, creative work, websites and automation can support the same customer journey.
Reach people with a relevant reason to care.
Start with an audience, a problem they recognise and a clear message. Content and paid campaigns give the right people a way to discover your offer.
- Audience and message planning
- Content, paid media and retargeting
An example of how the pieces fit together. Your scope is shaped around your business.
HWY NOT / GROWTH LAB
Run the numbers
before you spend them.
Five planning tools that turn “what if” into a scenario you can send me. No sign-up. Your inputs stay in this browser until you attach them to a brief.
- 01Pick a tool
Five tabs. Start with the one closest to the decision in front of you.
- 02Replace the example numbers
Every field is editable. The defaults only show the maths. Use your own figures or ones you have been quoted.
- 03Read it, then send it
Results update as you type. Copy or save the scenario, or hit “Add to my brief” so it reaches me with your enquiry.
Website Investment Planner
Scope the build and test your own cost assumptions.
- What to enter
- How many pages you need and a planning rate (your own assumption, or a rate you have already been quoted). Tick what the site must do. If you know your domain, hosting or software fees, open “Add known third-party costs”.
- Where to find the numbers
- Count pages from your current site or a competitor’s menu. For the rate, use a quote you have on hand or a figure you are comfortable planning with.
- What you get
- An hours range, a budget range and an effort breakdown. Copy it, save it, or attach it to your brief so we start from the same numbers.
Add known third-party costs
An adjustable planning model, not Herbert’s rate card or a quotation. Scope, content readiness and integrations change the effort. Maintenance, advertising and unentered third-party costs are excluded.
How this estimate works
14 foundation hours + 3 hours per page + feature allowances (CMS 7, booking 6, commerce 16, CRM 7, motion 12), plus 20% for checks and launch. The range is 80–120% of that total, multiplied by your rate. These are illustrative assumptions for scoping a conversation.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Clear scope.
No surprises.
- 01
Talk
You tell me what you sell, what’s not working and when it needs fixing. I tell you where I’d start.
- 02
Scope
Deliverables, timeline, fee and any third-party costs written down and agreed before work begins.
- 03
Build
I plan, create and connect the pieces, with feedback points you can actually schedule around.
- 04
Improve
Launch, hand over cleanly and agree on the support that keeps it sharp.
BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
Straight answers.
Every quote reflects your scope. Ad spend, domains, hosting and software are always listed separately, so you see the real numbers.
SEND A BRIEF · ONE MINUTE
Tell me what should be different in 90 days.
Everything you explored on this page is already attached. Add your details and I’ll reply personally with a recommended scope and a fee. Nothing is sent to anyone else.
